Melissa was extremely helpful and involved throughout the whole process, always available to answer questions and willing to go out of her way to assist in any way she could. Her input in all aspects was greatly appreciated and made the decision making process on my end as easy as could be. The road was rough, one speed bump after another, but with her in the driver seat I was able to sleep like a baby through it all.

Melissa helped us purchase our first home and we could not have asked for a better agent or first time home buying experience. To say that Melissa went above and beyond for us is even understating how committed she was to making sure the experience was positive, simple, and fair for us. The Zillow listing was one of the better listings that I have seen. The pictures were high quality and well taken but also did a good job of illustrating the feel and layout of the home. Sometimes you see pictures on a listing, but when you visit the home for a viewing it feels like a completely different house then what you viewed online. I reached out to schedule a viewing and got a reply within an hour even though it was about 9PM. When we viewed the house, Melissa was not pushy at all. She gave us plenty of time to look around and discuss things with each other. Any questions that we had were answered whether they were questions about the home/property or questions about the home buying process since we were first time buyers. Melissa was also able to connect us with a mortgage company for preapproval, and we ended up using this company for our mortgage and have had a great experience with them. We almost immediately fell in love with the home and quickly got preapproved so that we could start the process of making an offer. In one weekend we were able to view the home, get preapproved, and make an offer that was accepted by the seller. Melissa was very helpful in guiding us through this process of making an offer and we feel that the offer was fair and favorable for us. The experience had been great so far, but this is where Melissa's hard work and expertise really showed. Through the process of getting all of the inspections done and putting a new roof on the house, Melissa was always reachable and responsive. Some obstacles came up with the inspections, but Melissa used her expertise and extensive network to get these handled for us quickly and thoroughly. She made sure that we did not incur any additional expenses and that the home we were purchasing was in great shape for us. I am not exaggerating when I say that Melissa cared and helped us as if she were a long time friend or even a family member. She gained our trust quickly with her dedication, work ethic, and extensive knowledge. We were able to close and move into to our home within about a month after seeing it on Zillow. Buying a home for the first time can be an intimidating process, but it was much smoother than we ever imagined. Before we knew it, we were moving into our dream first home which was in great shape and did not need any major maintenance or work. About six months after moving in, we had a plumbing issue in one of the bathrooms. We were going through our home warranty to get the issued resolved and repaired but were having issues. To make a long story short, I finally reached out to Melissa for advice and she stepped in and had our issue resolved within two weeks. I was amazed that we quickly went from a position where we thought we would have to pay thousands to repair our bathroom to having a fixed bathroom which warranty covered. Once again, I was impressed by Melissa's expertise and dedication. I could go on and on about how friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and all around amazing Melissa is. If I ever sell or purchase property again in Florida Melissa will be my first call. Even if I am looking at property halfway across the world, Melissa will still be my first call because I know that she will take my call and assist me as much as she possibly can.
